A new culinary delight is making its way to Farnborough with the opening of Korean/Japanese restaurant Kokoro.
The sushi specialist was founded by Rak-Kyu Park in the UK over a decade ago and now has 50 branches across the UK.
This includes chains in Southampton and Basingstoke as well as a new store in Farnborough due to open on March 3, 2022.

The Farnborough site will operate as a take-out store offering the “best Japanese Korean sushi take-out”.
The menu offers a variety of dishes, including hot dishes like beef bulgogi, sweet and sour vegetable yakisoba, and ready-to-eat sushi sets like Katsu combi and Kokoro delux sushi set.

If you’re taking a lunch break, there are also lighter options such as the seaweed salad with crab and the Japanese onigiri specialist.
Kokoro is committed to “produce quality, sincere dishes and to work with the best suppliers on the market” and prepares all the meals it serves on site.
The website states that “Kokoro believes food has the power to recall precious memories and stories” and plans to “improve our menu and provide the best possible service”.
The Farnborough branch will be open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday to Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
