An exciting new Japanese restaurant and curry shop will open in Glasgow this month.

KATSU is expected to welcome its first customers to West Nile Street on April 26 and “bring the flavors of the Far East to the city center”

The new dining venue promises an upbeat atmosphere with an “Izikaya” style of service, serving high quality Japanese street food for lunch and dinner.

KATSU Glasgow will open in the former City Patio location at 53 West Nile Street, run by the team behind popular restaurant brand Tamaki. The Japanese curry store, which was slated to open before the Covid hit, is nearing completion and will open Monday, April 26, 2021.

KATSU Glasgow will open every week from Monday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday April 26, 2021 and from Monday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. from Monday May 17, 2021.
