Josue Carrera, 28, is charged with not having a driver’s license and was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on September 25, in the 1600 block of N. Arlington Heights Road. His bail was set at $ 2,500 and was given a court date of October 20.

  • Nydia Hernandez, 24, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested at 2:47 a.m. on September 26, on the Rand and E. Palatine roads. His bond was set at $ 1,000 and was given a court date of November 2.
  • Alexander S. Jaksic, 24, is charged with drug driving and was arrested at 4:05 p.m. on September 26 on S. Waterman Avenue and E. Kensington Road. His bond was set at $ 1,000 and was given a court date of October 14.
  • Garry A. Willie, 36, is charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and was arrested at 2:59 am Setp. 26, on S. Arlington Heights and E. Algonquin Roads. Bond was set at $ 1,000 and was given a court date of November 2.

DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED / REVOCATED LICENSE

  • Jamal L. Jones, 34, is charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license, misuse of recording, and was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on September 27 at Rand Road and Woods Drive. Bond was set at $ 2,500 and was given a court date of October 14.
  • Genevieve Irene Tovar, 46, is charged with driving with a suspended license and was arrested at 3:10 p.m. on September 28, at E. Orchard Street and S. Arlington Heights Road. Bond was set at $ 2,500 and was given a court date of October 15.

  • Kevin S. Yun, 51, is charged with assault and battery and was arrested at 8:55 p.m. on September 29 at the Rokbonki Japanese restaurant, located 800 blocks from W. Dundee Road. His bail was set at $ 100 and was given a court date of October 14.

SALE OF ALCOHOL TO MINORS

Mauro G. Valenzuela, 32, is charged with selling alcohol to someone under the age of 21 and was summoned at 5:11 pm on September 27 at the Courtyard by Marriott, 100 W. Algonquin Road. A hearing date of October 12 has been assigned.

BREACH OF A PROTECTION ORDER

Adrian Wojick, 25, is charged with violating a protection order and was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on September 26. He was assigned a hearing date of September 28.
