Newly opened at the Hyde Hotel, the upscale Japanese paradise, Katsuya, hosted Sheikh Hamdan last week to experience Chef Pavel Nigai’s excellent age-old cooking techniques.

With a combination of high end craftsmanship with expertly prepared culinary delights, the restaurant is sure to deliver an authentic experience with traditional flavors served on one plate.

From dumplings to delicious sushi platters, the fine dining options at this restaurant are beyond delicious, as most dishes are freshly prepared straight from the robata grill.
